Fully baked. Made from Traditional French Flour sourced from three regions in the South West of France, using our bespoke five day sourdough levain, which produces bread with a more golden crumb and a mellow sourdough flavour. With a light flour dusting, with two decorative cuts. Our product is baked fresh to order, delivered to you ready to use.
