A handmade plaited round sourdough bread packed with chia and pumpkin seeds and seasoned with aromatic turmeric, which gives this bread its light golden crumb.

Ingredients - WHEAT flour, water, RYE sourdough (water, RYE flour), sunflower seeds, 3% chia seeds, 2% pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, iodised salt, rapeseed oil, yeast, tomato powder, WHEAT fibre, malted WHEAT flour, curcuma.

Preparation Guidelines - Defrost at room temperature for 60 min, bake at 190-200°C for 10-12 min, steam for 5s.
